Here a bit more about me and my life

When I was a child I loved to bake with my grandmother whole night in her kitchen. We baked so many cakes and just had fun with it. The German cheesecake (Käsestreuselkuchen)) or apple cake (Altdeutscher Apfelkuchen) was one of our favorites. Also the pineapple crème cake (Ananas-Sahnetorte) or egg liquor cake (Eierlikörtorte) couldn`t be missed on any family birthday I always loved to make others happy with my baking passion and hospitality....
