I am Anni, a Nutritionist by profession and a baking expert from Germany.
I always loved to make others happy with my baking passion and hospitality. So, I decided to combine my passion for baking with my profession and started to study in Muenster in the field of nutrition and food quality. After my bachelor degree, I worked for several known national and international food companies in the quality assurance department in Germany.
