I am Anni, a Nutritionist by profession and a baking expert from Germany.

I gained my knowledge about the quality of different food categories with focus on quality assurance,
to achieve customer satisfaction, over the last 10 years. The German working environment made me strong and confident,
but in my heart a deep desire for my own passion - all around baking - arose in me more and more.

Who am I?

What I want from my life?

How can I live my best life and be the best version of myself?

These are questions, I have been on a mission to answer in the last years and I will continue for all of my life.

It was my biggest wish to work for my own ideas, creativity and passion instead of sitting in an office from nine to five and doing my duty for another company and people.

I was convinced to build my own baking company, so I launched Annis Back Event in 2022 in Germany.
It is the result of finding my passion, I was born with.

With Annis Back Event I organize baking events for kids, customized for everyone in regard to the party location; theme, decoration, baking equipment, items or give-away gifts for the kids. At once the first events were booked and I realized to be a helpful support for several mothers who were overcharged by Organizing their children birthday parties by their own. The feedback of the families was amazing and I could see the happiness in the children eyes.

That was the most beautiful part and made me so happy.

When I was child I loved to bake with my grandmother whole night in her kitchen. We baked so many cakes and just had fun with it. The german cheesecake (Kaesestreuselkuchen) or apple cake (Altdeutscher Apfelkuchen) was one of our favorites. Also the pineapple creme cake (Ananas-Sahnetorte) or egg liquor cake (Eierlikoertorte) couldn t be missed on any family birthday.

I always loved to make others happy with my baking passion and hospitality.

So, I decided to combine my passion for baking with my profession and started to study in Muenster in the field of nutrition and food quality.

After my bachelor degree, I worked for several known national and international food companies in the quality assurance department in Germany.
